Taste of Guelph is a community-centered fundraising event in every aspect — from the guests, food, beverages, and entertainment, to the patients and residents of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph who benefit from this event.
People Helping People
Taste is a celebration of the region’s culture and people helping people. As we head into the 21st year of Taste of Guelph, we are incredibly grateful for the fantastic organizations in our region that we are fortunate enough to call our sponsors. Without the support of these incredible businesses, Taste would not be the wonderful event that it is today.
Platinum Sponsor – RBC
Taste of Guelph warmly welcomes our newest Platinum Sponsor, RBC Royal Bank, one of Canada’s largest banks. Their commitment to helping clients thrive and communities prosper is inspiring, and we are honoured to have their support.
Gold Sponsor – BMO Nesbitt Burns
We are delighted to welcome our newest Gold Sponsor, BMO Nesbitt Burns, who have an admirable history of supporting Canadians and helping them meet their financial goals.
Silver and Bronze Sponsors
Additionally, we’d like to welcome our newest Silver Sponsor, Canadian Equipment Finance & Leasing Inc., who help companies grow and determine what’s right for them. TD Bank Group is continuing their long-term support of Taste by returning this year as a Bronze Sponsor. Taste of Guelph is also thankful to have our newest Bronze Sponsor, Woolcott Krashinsky LLP, a Guelph-based personal injury and family law firm.
One of the many highly-anticipated parts of Taste of Guelph is our live auction, featuring amazing prizes provided by our generous supporters.
Our talented auctioneer Robert Milburn will take you through an array of auction items carefully selected to wow our Taste of Guelph guests. Auction items include hand-crafted jewellery, a luxury car lease, a backyard BBQ party for 22 people, ladies night out, sports packages, home décor, and more! This year’s auction is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
A new feature for Taste 2018 is the Prohibition Pantry, presented by RLB and co-sponsored by Bird Elinesky Schuett Private Wealth Management.
Throughout the afternoon, guests will have the opportunity to buy numbered wine corks and take home the corresponding prizes. Every cork is a winner!
From limited edition collector’s bottles of wine to certificates to local restaurants, to winery tours and tasting experiences, there’s something for everyone.
We’re just over a month away from Taste of Guelph 2018 and we are looking forward to another fantastic celebration of the community coming together for great food in support of a great cause.
